This document is intended to help you understand the service we offer before you make a purchase.
All bookings are confirmed with the customer's full understanding and absolute acceptance of the terms and conditions of Book My Parking and its parking service providers. We expect our customer to acknowledge that whilst bookmyparking.co.uk offers a wide variety of high-value parking deals, we do offer low-cost options too. We emphasize on our customers to appreciate and acknowledge that our terms and conditions are specifically designed to provide parking deals at lower prices within a defined limit.
English Law governs our terms and conditions fully and is applicable once a booking reference is provided to the customer either on the website or via phone.
In cases where certain terms and conditions are rendered unenforceable, it does not automatically mean the entire contract is void or unenforceable i.e. our terms and conditions would still be servable.
Book my parking reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary to these terms and conditions. However, the terms applicable on a certain booking will be the ones displays at the time of booking on our website.

Bookings
All customers must ensure to read and understand the information provided regarding parking operations and the terms and conditions of their chosen parking service providers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding their services, be sure to raise them before making the parking reservation.
Booking confirmation is deemed in effect upon sending the confirmation email to the concerned email address with the booking reference number. If the booking confirmation email is not received in your email for any reason, be sure to contact us right away to avoid issues like cancellation or no show charges later on.
Bookings for parking requested by phone call or via online chat will only be deemed confirmed upon the provision of booking reference number by the operator.
All bookings at bookmyparking.co.uk are subject to availability and we reserve the right to reject the fulfilment of any booking. A booking does not indicate a guaranteed spot for parking and we may cancel the booking in case service provider informs us of their inability to fulfil the booking. Under such circumstances, Book My Parking does not except the liability of any consequential losses, however, a refund will be granted.
All bookings for parking are deemed non-transferable.
It is exclusively the customer's responsibility to ensure that they provide all the correct information for booking, read the directions to the car park, and accurately follow the arrival instructions for meet and greet.
You must ensure to print out the booking confirmation email and keep it with you on your travel day. It will be required to verify your booking by your service provider.
If you booked for parking with one of our Saver or Mystery products, you will get parking services at comparatively lower rates. However, in such an instance, we will not disclose the name of the car park through which parking will be provisioned unless the booking is confirmed. We will share any information necessary to decide whether a mystery product is suitable for you. However, if you decide to purchase a mystery deal, we will not be responsible if the deal is not suitable for your needs.
Occasionally, Book My Parking may make changes to your booking after it is confirmed. In such a case, you will be notified of the changes as soon as possible. If the new arrangements turn out to be unsuitable, a full refund will be granted to you.
Generally, service providers do not allow dash-cams or trackers in the car while it is in their custody due to security and insurance concerns. If your vehicle possesses any such devices, you must check with your chosen service provider regarding the matter before making reservation with them. If you, for any reason, fail to inform your parking service provider, they reserve the right to refuse service or switch off the devices as they see fit.
Service providers may operate multiple car parking compounds. They may choose to move around vehicles for security or operational reasons and park them in another one of their compound especially during the busy periods.
Prices and Payments
All prices for parking deals are in GBP and for pre-booking.
All bookings are deemed subject to a non-refundable fee for booking.
When a booking is made at our website or over the telephone, you can only pay with a payment card for this booking. We accept all major online payment sources such as debit / credit cards and PayPal. The payment may in your statement under the name Book My Parking.
In case of a declined payment by card, Book My Parking and the parking service provider can refuse the provision of services for your booking.
Parking service providers may apply charges additionally to cover any extra costs for terminal parking, unforeseen delays, and large sized vehicles. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for details on additional charges. These additional charges have no relevance to our prices as advertised on bookmyparking.co.uk and are applied by the parking service provider independently.
Book My Parking acts in the capacity of a booking agent, therefore, we cannot issue a VAT receipt for parking. We merely display the gross parking payment. However, we can obtain it from the concerned parking provider on your behalf. According to the HMRC VAT Receipt Guidelines, only parking operators provisioning the requested services can issue the full VAT receipt.
Amendments and Cancellations
All amendments and cancellations requests must be forwarded to us in writing via email at
info@bookmyparking.co.uk. or via phone call at the contact number provided on our website by providing the reference number for your booking.
A cancellation request can be made for a booking up to 48-hours prior to the date of vehicle drop off barring any parking offers that are non-flexible, and therefore, non-refundable. All cancellation requests will incur a small administration fee in the amount of �15, except when the customer purchased the cancellation cover with the booking.
If you purchase the cancellation cover at the time of booking, it enables you to cancel a booking up to 48-hours before the date of departure. You will get a full refund on the parking price after the deduction of booking fee and the upsells purchased at the time of the booking.
For the cancellations made in the 48-hour window of the vehicle drop off date or in case of no show, no refunds will be granted.
No refunds will be granted for any bookings made within the 48-hour window of the drop off date upon cancellation.
For the bookings made on the same day, cancellation cover will not be applicable as well as on the bookings for parking next, and where it is stated so.
Cancellation requests made within the 48-hour window of the drop off date will carry an additional charge of �15 for administration in addition to any price differences for parking service. All requests for amendments must be made via email. All amendment charges will be non-refundable in case a booking is cancelled later on. All amendment and cancellation requests made before the drop off date must be directed to Book My Parking to be considered valid.
Any amendment request to the vehicle pick up date after the drop off is done, must be directed to the parking service provider. The acceptance of this request shall be subject to availability. Any additional charges (if applicable) shall be paid to the parking operator upon return.
When our customers choose to cut short the length of their parking service after its commencement, they will be liable to a whole parking fee payment for the booked service duration. No refunds shall be granted.
Any non-refundable bookings, non-flexible or Saver products will not be eligible for amendments or cancellations.
All request for amendment and cancellations are considered within the specified office hours. (Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm)
Any confirmed cancellation or amendment cannot be reversed later on.
All refunds will be made solely to the card (debit/credit) used to make the booking payment.
The service timescales for the cancellation and amendment are deemed to be in effect at midnight on the day before the commencement of booked parking services.
Book My Parking Liability
Book My Parking searches with all the airport parking providers for availability of parking within our system to offer quotes for deals. When a booking is made with us, the customer is deemed to have completely accepted the terms and conditions of the concerned parking service provider. Book My Parking merely makes the booking, however, the actual contract for the parking services delivery is between you and the chosen parking provider. Therefore, you will be adhering to their terms and conditions which may consist of certain exemption clauses and limitations to the extent of liability for each company. Their detailed terms and conditions are made available to you for all car parks.

Any claim for a loss or damages regarding the delivery of parking services must be directed at the parking service provider under their terms and conditions. We will be happy to provide you a copy of the concerned parking provider's term and conditions upon request.
All vehicles are parked at the owner's own risk and with the understanding that no valuables must be left in the vehicle and.
Book My Parking does not extend any indemnity or warranty for the safety of any vehicles left in the parking compounds or any items left inside the vehicle. It should be noted that to make a claim for the loss of item or damages to the vehicle while in the custody of the parking service provider, vehicle owner must use their own insurance policies.
Book My Parking is only liable to the customer in the amount equal to the booking payment, including both parking charges and the booking fee paid to bookmyparking.co.uk according to the contract, where the claims are applicable and arises from the utilisation of this website and its booking processes. Book My Parking does not accept any liability for the consequential losses, including but not limited to any additional costs, loss of profits, revenue, and earning, and enjoyment. Customers are advised to direct any such losses to their own travel insurance for compensation.
Book My Parking provides as much information about the available parking deals as possible before they make a booking. All information specific to the parking deals is provided by the concerned parking service provider. Therefore, Book My Parking may not always be able to keep up with the changes in their operational management. Whenever we are made aware of any non-accurate information, we aim to rectify it as soon as possible.
Complaints Procedure
Book My Parking, as a booking agent for the parking service providers, can only be held liable to the customers for the losses that directly incur from any negligence of our company in the processing of their booking. Book My Parking's staff does not collect, park, or return any vehicle to the customer itself. Any claims against the car parking services for the delivery of vehicles must be made according to the terms and conditions of the service provider.
Any complaints or feedback regarding the quality of services for car parking should be addressed in writing to the parking service provider at the earliest convenience and a copy must be sent to Book My Parking. Make sure to provide as many details as possible including any and all paperwork, photographs, etc. while raising a complaint.
